LA all day.

Hola~! Just wanted to give a quick update.. We are alive and well, and MARRIED! Annnd back to reality... It's tough getting back in the swing of things. It's called a 'Honeymoon Phase' for a reason ;)
Everything was absolutely perfect~ Will update as soon as i get a minute... or until i'm 'mentally' back.. My mind is still in Hawaii & the clouds. Happy Tuesday e'rrybody :)

What RaskaL Does Best...

Seriously slacking on the updates but it's now only 17 more days til the wedding! Eek. Surprisingly, i feel calm and somewhat collected but my anxiety, stress and overall 'Bridezilla-ness' comes in waves. Still, i am so very excited and can't wait to be a 'Mrs.'... so please bear with the sporadic postings.
On a side note... I really gotta say thanks to my loverly sister, who has been my rock and support during this whole ordeal. She's put up with just about every nervous breakdown a bride could have and patiently sat thru my sorrows and helped sort everything out.

'Cuz i felt like it...

The lack in more frequently posting is due to alotta of unexpected turn of events that has since recently consumed my whole life in the past few weeks... and to top off all the overwhelming amounts of stresses and errands i need to run.. i decided to break my ONLY existing external hard drive. sigh. It hurts to even try to remember everything i had saved on it. So, needless to say... i was at my breaking point, where everything negative collectively collided all at once and where i somehow got thru the day and dragged my feet all the way home...  kicking rocks, all the while thinking how things couldn't possibly get any worse... 

Until i reached home and was greeted promptly by this exact set up by the fiance...

"Just Because..."

Such a humbling moment... Just when i couldn't pity myself anymore, my fiance so conveniently brings me back to life.  He couldn't be more amazing if he tried. He duh best.

We can get that house next to the park...

LiL RaskaL's 1st Park Visit

We have finalllly completed our pup's vaccinations and as a reward (For both us and Raskal)... We took him out to the park. He ran around like a lunatic and sniffed everything in his path. Got home in the afternoon and he slept like a baby. Worked like a charm. Ha. 

Mission Objective: Tire out our energetic deg.

 Mission Accomplished.

Exhaustion is an understatement at this point. We are overwhelmingly so. The move went well but we are still fixing the place up here and there but hoping to be completely settled in by this weekend. We'll see. It also doesn't help that puppy keeps us awake at odd hours of the night.. so basically our eyes are bleeding. But, he's sooo worth it. ♥ Maybe once we're rested... i'll do a 'Home' post... I love seeing posts of other people's homes. What about you?

Home is where the Heart is...

House hunting always leaves me excited and nostalgic all at once. Been house hunting with the fiance for the past few months and after lots of searching/applying... We found the perfect place for the next chapter in our lives. Will definitely be doing a post of the new home but for now... i just wanted to enjoy and pay tribute to the cozy lil 1900's (Haunted) home that i spent such a short time living in.

Turn off the Bright Lights...

Apologies for the lack of posts lately... It's been so crazy busy its been downright mental. At least i seem to be keeping 1 of my resolutions of staying productive...

Also, keeping with the resolution of 'No purchasing T-shirts in 2011' .. Ordered 2 dresses (gasp!) Pretty geeked over 'em.

Are you sticking to your resolutions so far? Its only the 4th day of the new year... so, i certainly hope so... Ha. <3

Ain't nothin' but nothin' but Right...

Christmas has come and gone and now the New Year approaches. I have to admit, i actually really enjoyed the holidays this year. Time w/ the familia & fiance, and tons of SLEEP! :)

Spent X-mas eve with the fam... had a delicious dinner and exchanged gifts.

X-mas Day was spent with the fiance. Gluttony at it's finest.

Sunday was spent shopping and getting back home in time for Mr. xx's beloved football games.
